Hordak Redesign

If Hordak was a bat-faced, predatory, genius, aggressive, carnivorous, heavy armored alien who evolved on another plane, and naturally had the power to hit with megaton force and super speed, then if using speculative evolution, how would he look?

My version here is a Hordak who evolved from something like mantis shrimp and a newt. His heavy armor (that he never takes off) would make more sense as a part of his body, and he has no 'hands' but instead mantis shrimp like boxing gloves.
